TOTAL AND UTTER CONFUSION AND LACK OF SERVICE

This has to be the worst courier company. The place i'd ordered from was quick and efficient in dispatching my parcel BUT the courier company has taken 4 days of backwards and forwards to get my parcel to me THEN it gets delivered to the wrong address (a company next door to the company I work for)Luckily I got a call from a lady who informed me that my parcel has just been delivered to the company she works for. I was so furious with Dawn Wing and told this lady I would fetch it but then thought NO!!!!! Dawn Wing must go back and fetch it and deliver to the correct place. So I did just that. Surely the driver can at least make sure that the place they're delivering to is correct. I honestly give up, after 4 days and the delivery is a mess. I will be informing the place from where I'd ordered my goods that i will never be using them again.
