Total abhorrence of service, or lack thereof

I am absolutely disappointed. I have been waiting for my parcel without communication from you guys. After waiting for some time I contact Dawn Wing via DM on twitter and they responded promptly and even gave a confirmed date of delivery - I was impressed with this but clearly it didn't last long because I'm still waiting for engagement as per my follow up. That was last week and I am still waiting for communication. I've been calling the call centre and for whatever reason it was answered by the receptionist who knows nothing then the agents continued to transfer me from pillar to post even after I have selected the correct options on the line and explained to the agents. This is appalling service. Everything that I have ordered online after this particular order has long arrived except this Dawn Wing parcel.
