Today does not mean a 72 hour time frame on which to deliver products

Currently not very impressed with this company.

Yesterday (20 August 2018) i received two smses regarding a package to be delivered they came through at 10:55 and 10:56 and before 2pm I had received my package.

Today (21 August 2018) I receive three smses early this morning at 8:12, 8:15 and 8:30 and now its 5:16 pm and still no package has been delivered.

I called the office three times to Track my parcel and their online section did not go through two out of the 3 times. Any way I called the third time only to speak to a consultant and the manager only to be given excuse after excuse that the person that has the package had many other packages in the "economic corrier " section and i have 72 hours in which they can still deliver the package... even though their message says " Your parcel is out for delivery TODAY"

"TODAY" now means between the time you receive your sms and the 72 hour time frame they are given to complete their economic delivery.

Their slogan/ mission statement "to be a premier provider of courier and logistical services to individuals and business within and beyond the borers of South Africa, through innovative solotions, technology and service excellence."

Service Excellence: I wish they knew what service excellence is!!!
