TIME TRAVEL

This company useless.. At 10;22 am the driver sends an SMS saying I am his next delivery, at 10;21 am he logs it in the system that I am not home. He takes a picture from his car window in the street of the house and just leaves, never comes up the driveway or rings a doorbell. It is like they do not want to get the package to the customer. Regardless of the fact that these people are capable of time travel. Whenever one calls the call center and follow all the computer prompts to get to your selected operator, you just get put on hold for 30+ minutes with no help what so ever. This has happened to me about 4 times.
