THREE MONTHS???

So today was the last straw. RE: Waybill no: DPD260614<br> <br> A package of mine arrived from France on 17 FEB 2015 @ OR Thambo and I still haven't received it. I have been calling the Johannesburg office of your multiple times and sent multiple emails, and still I get no answer. I spoke to no less than THREE different people - and not one have delivered. I've emailed Micheal, no reply. Called John, does nothing. They all tell me \we will call you back now"... then days go by and I don't get contacted. It has been almost THREE months? What do I have to do to get my parcel? I've been trying to be patient and polite"
