They were supposed to deliver a Christmas gift ordered on the 18 December 2023 and still have not. When.i call them they take instructions but don't action them. This morning I called them on +*** at 8.20am and spoke to a coloured agent with a Afrikaans accent she refused to give me her name and surname when asked And told me she can't talk to me when I tried to explain what happened with my order. She then said she can't talk to me and left me on hold, bearing in mind calling fr my cellphone and held on for 5min as I was caller number 7. The service provided by this company is nothing but disgusting.i would never recommend them.
