They Lost Parcel my Parcel. Do not use this Courier.

I bought a 65 inch Samsung tv from Kloppers and they used this courier to transport the parcel. After two weeks of following up with them (Calling them and texting them on social media), they kept making empty promises as to when they will deliver. Only to find out today that they lost my parcel. Imagine losing such a huge item, what about small packages? Now i have to go through the whole refund process which will take days. Do not use this courier or shop online from stores that use Dawn Wing. They are pathetic and *************.
