They lie and accuse you for their incompetence.

The worst thing any company can do is to accuse you for their incompetence. Call centre agent is NOT trained in customer service to deal with the company's lies. I stayed at home for two days (inconvenienced myself) to receive my parcel as they have promised to deliver. At the end of each day, they let me know that I was the one not being available to receive the parcel. A blatant lie and a cover up for their incompetence. I receive many online parcels and has never experienced this pathetic service.
