There is hope for Dawn Wing

I thought I would focus on the positive side of Dawn Wing's customer service because initially my experience was terrible but a guy named Sam came to my rescue and delivered my parcel personally at 21h00. I was absolutely blown away. From reading all the negativity I actually thought I was only going to see my parcel in 5 days time but Dawn Wing [and Sam] actually went the extra mile for me.

Well done guys, I am elated and happy to send some positivity your way. Hopefully with your transition to DPD Laser things will get even better.
