THE WORST ONLINE EXPERIENCE

Such HORRIBLE and DISHONEST service! I have been waiting for a parcel from New Balance who sent the parcel for courier with Dawn Wing for over 10 days and the employees INCLUDING the MANAGERS at Dawn Wing just keep lying and blatantly giving me incorrect information. I have called their them more than 10 times and as the ladies in their Kempton Park branch keep hanging up on me, Lebohang, Neo & Petunia ALL hung up on me. When I finally got ahold of a manager Lizette/Lizelle she BLATANTLY **** to me giving me assurance my order would be delivered 26th May and it WAS NOT DELIVERED AGAIN! I was told my order was out for delivery and my delivery address was incomplete conveniently "after the delivery was made". I was informed my parcel is at their West Rand Branch and I drove their myself to go pick up the parcel they obviously CANNOT deliver only fo find out I was **** to AGAIN and my parcel was never there! DAWN WING'S service is SO HORRIBLE, I do not understand for the life of me why a brand like New Balance would even associate themselves with them. New Balance is also ALWAYS never available to assist with your query or absolutely clueless about where your parcel is. This transaction was really not work the trouble, so many other brands I could have rather bought from!
