The worst delivery company EVER!!!!

I honestly don't know what to do anymore. I am waiting for 2 packages and when you call to follow up you get the worst service form your call centre. I ordered 2 packages from Este Lauder on 24/11/2018. On the 27th one package arrived and I was so happy. I follow up on my other order and I am informed I will get it the 7th Dec - 2 weeks later???

I ordered a doll from The Kidz Zone and the day I received the SMS its out for delivery the guy just never pitch up. I waited at my workplace in Johannesburg till 17h30 and still nothing. I live in Pretoria then I had to drive home after waiting the whole day. I call them and inform them I am not in the office on the 5th Dec as its our year end.... What do you guys do? You send it out for delivery the one day I tell you I can not accept it. I will NEVER EVER BUY anything again where you guys are the delivery service!!! BRING ME MY PACKAGES ****IT! Where can I pick it up myself as I can not wait anymore for my deliver????
