The worst delivery company

I am very disappointed with the service i am getting from this delivery company. Its been over 15 days waiting for a delivery from them, ive made numerous calls to them to check what is causing this delay but all they tell me is "we see that your order is still at our warehouse in midrand, we dont know what's delaying it, can we quickly find out and call you back", ive been hearing this for the past 5 days already and no one comes backs to me to tell me what is happening. Im tired of your excuses and want my parcel, or i will take this further. Bunch of *****s.
