The worst Courier service in SA

Worst courier service in SA. They send my Pta parcel to PE and then when I make alternative arrangements to have it delivered in Cape Town on the 18th of December, they phone me for delivery the Tuesday before hand. I then phone and said please stick to the arrangement for Friday and then they sent my parcel to Johannesburg. I now have no idea when I will be able to get my parcel as it has gone all over SA. CPH***
