The worst courier service company you can encounter

Worst courier service company! DO NOT EVEN TRY THEM!!

First of all, I asked them to deliver my online purchase order one day later after I got a message alerting me of a potential delivery so I went about my life. On the same day, I get a call from the delivery person asking me to collect my stuff - at a DIFFERENT STREET from the one I put on the delivery info. Wow, so I explain to him that I couldn't do that and liaised we meet halfway elsewhere (fair coz he messed up the dates and streets). He refused, and rudely promised to deliver later on that same day. So I waited... When I called and he said he would come through. Afterwards he just stopped taking my calls. Wow!!! Much later, I call him again. He answered, fortunately. He told me that he could no longer make it and would the next day coz other more important deliveries, traffic etc... Wow! So some people's deliveries are held in higher esteem than others?? Good to know!! Let me tell you that I sit here today, day 4, without my parcel. The delivery guy has blocked my number, I'm not getting any responses from the courier company about my issue (I'm emailing daily) and this ****ty company still sends me messages that I should expect a delivery from them...
