The worst courier company

<p>Was suppose to receive my parcel from dawn wing yesterday so I didn't receive it. So today I decide to call not because I was in a rush to get my parcel but I just wanted to enquire as to when I will receive it when I called the 086 number the lady I spoke 2 said she does not know why I didn't receive it yesterday and that she was gonna transfer me to someone else the attitude I got from the person I was transferred to was ridiculous considering the fact that I wasn't fighting I just wanted to know when my parcel would arrive to make sure someone was at home when it arrives. You guys really need to teach some of your staff members customer services and not to bring their problems to work. </p>
