The post office has new competition

This company is just slow. A package was picked three days ago and was supposed to be delivered one day ago. For some reason the package is sitting on a shelf in the Johannesburg branch waiting for delivery three days from now. Hows that for ****py service?

I tried emailing the and all I got was a response that my mail was received and a ticket number. I called twice, the first time I had to hold for 12 minutes, then someone answered and the call was dropped (not sure on who's side). I called back and waited for seven minutes. The operator refused to call me back if the call was dropped, so I got on with it and found out the information above.

This company would give the post office some serious competition.
