The Poorest most disgusting service i have ever received.

I purchased a smart watch online from Perfect-Dealz.co.za. Sometime before Christmas, i then paid the outstanding amount on the 27th of December. when i followed up on the transaction, i spoke to a lady who did not even introduce herself on the phone for me to get her name, she told me that the parcel will be delivered to my door step within 48 hours. i waited 2 days, then called again, this time asking for the consultants name "Letshego", who even sent me an email with my tracking number UA ********** 00, the consultant told me that i would receive my parcel before 17h00 the next day. i kept calling every day from there on. i spoke to numerous consultants, "Simphiwe", "Neo", are two of who i could remember from the numerous calls i made, all telling me the same thing that i will receive my parcel before end of business day. I'm really tired and drained by this company I have never in my life received such disgusting service. Infact i no longer want my parcel i just want my money back!!
