The most terrible service

<p>I have been expecting a delivery from and to within cape town for the past 2 days. I got an sms stating I would receive my delivery on the Monday. I called in to follow up on it and they say they got the incomplete address yet they didn't call me to complete it. </p> <p>The women supposed to call me back and she didn't. I called them back to give my address and said it would be out on delivery on Tuesday.</p> <p>Tuesday at 4pm I called them as nothing has been delivered they rudely keep cutting my call and say they can't help me. They keep transferring my call and cutting it</p> <p> </p> <p>A so called acting manager says he can only do the delivery after 7pm which is total bull****. Why take a job when you guys can't do it</p> <p> </p> <p>I need that parcel delivered to me urgently </p>
