The customer service team lies to delay

Ive been waiting for my parcel the whole week and every day when I call Dawn Wing they confirm it will be delivered on the day then nothing happens. Their operations manager Teboho called me to confirm my parcel is out for delivery but I still didn't get it. I called the next day and some to Lizzie who confirmed that she will send an email to her operations team and copy me, that didn't happen. I then spoke to Marley who confirmed that Lizzie will send an email. Still didn't happen.
