After having endless problems with another company who could not give me the waybill number of my parcel that I had ordered from them, Ronell tried her best.<br> <br> I sent an email to Dawn Wing Global Express to see if there was any chance that they could help me. Ronell got back to me within 7 minutes and tried her best to get the other ladies on her team to assist. Luckily, my parcel arrived soon after that.<br> <br> Thank you Ronell.
