Thank you Dawn Wing!

I want to leave a review for Austin Camalo, a driver for Dawn Wing. He delivered my parcel to a wrong address, and after following up with the customer centre, he contacted me and owned up to his mistake, and assured me that I will get my parcel. He kept in touch and updated me on the status of my parcel, and this morning he delivered it without needing to follow up with him again. I just want to commend him for owning up to his mistake and taking the responsibility to make sure that my parcel was delivered.
