Terrible would not recommend DPD/Dawn

Honestly frustrated and disappointed. Dpd/Dawn was notified about my parcel on the 2nd of August already but only picked it up the next day. Stated that "Your parcel will be delivered by Aug 5 2022" but nothing has been delivered. I have tried phoning them but their answering service tells you all options you choose is invalid and the other phone numbers do not work. Only place I was able to get a response from was facebook stating that they will give me an update with when my parcel will be delivered and even failed to do that. Today is the 8th and my parcel has last been updated on the tracking on the 4th. Didn't receive any communicating to state that it will be delivered today either - how is anyone supposed to be happy or recommend a service when this is what you receive? It's 3 days after the parcel due date and yet nothing.
