Terrible, Terrible, TERRIBLE!!!!
<p>Dawn wing has delivered to me countless times to the same address since February 2017. The last three times they have sent my parcel to the wrong address for some unkown reason. It doesn't matter how many times I phone them they don't change the address! I have wasted all my data and airtime trying to get my parcel! Every time I speak to someone they assure me that the address has been changed. Yesterday I was told that everything was sorted out and that I would receive my parcel today.... This morning I get an sms and guess what???? Its going to the wrong address AGAIN!!!!! I sent an e-mail and they have not bothered to contact me. I am so disgusted about the poor service I have received. I would advise that you use another courier service, it will save you a lot of trouble. They don't even deserve 1 star!</p>
I received an email From the Customer service Manager shortly after I posted this review. All issue's seem to have been resolved now.
Should you have any problems with Dawn wing I would advise that you speak to Adel. She sorted everything out for me quickly.
