Terrible shipping experience!!

I've been waiting for nearly three weeks for a delivery from a Steve Madden purchase.

There has been limited to no communication and it seems that they have lost my parcel. Their service is of low standard and their staff is not helpful.

To date nothing has been shipped and the tracking URL is not being updated, seems like their shipping process needs some straightening out.
