Terrible service/no service at all

Absolutely terrible service. I made an order on the 15th of April. My package was then picked up by Dawn wing on the 1st of May. I however to this day don't have my items. I have tried calling and sending emails many times with no reply. This can't carry on like this. I don't know how they can call them selves a company. From now on I'll steer far away from Dawn wing. Terrible terrible!
