Terrible service, unprofessional behavior from driver

Extremely poor service and extre rude obnoxious unprofessional driver.

My parcel was scheduled for delivery today. I received the notification link after leaving the house and clicked on the link to reschedule delivery.

The driver phoned and told me he was at the gate. I told him that I clicked on the link and rescheduled delivery. The rude unprofessional, ill manered driver ended the call while I was talking to him.

There are a lot of people looking for work with manners! Stop employing people who have no respect for your clients!!!! DPD Laser(***)
