Terrible service

I got the worst service from this company . I received an sms yesterday morning that my package will be delivered, I waited for it the whole day as they did not leave the driver’s contact details. When the driver arrived, he sent AN SMS that he is outside my premises!! No phone call or any other form of communication just an sms. I saw the sms within 7 minutes of it being sent, I obviously had to drive out of the complex as it is quite a distance to get to the gate- when I arrived THE DRIVER WAS GONE! How do you drive all the way to my gate and then when you get outside you don’t even bother to call??? When I called the call centre no one picked up and I didn’t have the drivers cellphone numbers because the sms was sent via a link. I have never received such bad service from a courier company because they always call. Extremely disappointed. I am now still waiting for a parcel a day later and have no idea when they will deliver again
