Terrible Service

Terrible service!! I get an SMS this morning saying I will have my packet by 11am, drivers name and vehicle registration included. Guess what it is 14:30 and my overnight delivery is still not here. I ask for a callback but that doesn't happen so I call them and get given a whole lot of excuses including something about Black Friday. If you make a commitment to delivery at a certain time then you make sure it is on time or you have phoned the customer to warn them that you are late. I have other things to do than wait home all day for a delivery promised for 11am
