Terrible service, don't know how to deliver parcel

I placed an order on Kalahari and my parcel was split in two. The first parcel was late due to it being loaded into the wrong route. I called them several times to get the problem sorted and eventually received the first parcel.<br> <br> The second parcel was supposed to be delivered today. I called them this morning to find out if the parcel is on it's way as I had issues with the previous parcel. The lady that I spoke to advised me that the parcel was out on delivery and I will receive it today.<br> <br> I was just advised that this parcel was loaded on the wrong route and I will receive my parcel on Monday.<br> I don't understand? is there a problem at your offices? You have one job, take a parcel from point A and deliver it to point B. You are getting paid to do this. Why can't you do this? It's not that difficult.<br> <br> Two parcels and you could not deliver.
