Terrible Service Delivery

Terrible service delivery, they were supposed to deliver my order on the 2nd of November, even today (09/11/2022) My order is not here and when I call, they tell me to please hold and drop my call. I hope and pray this is the 1st and the last time I deal with them. Horrible
