Terrible service

Honestly terrible delivery service. I ordered something 2 weeks ago from cotton-on and still haven’t received it. It has been sitting in the PE warehouse since the 3 December 2020 and each time I phone they tell me they will deliver tomorrow and never do. Horrible service. Will not be using them or buying from cotton-on again.
