Terrible service

Cotton on sent a request for dawn wing to collect a return a month ago. They have not responded to any emails nor do they answer calls. I have made numerous attempts to get hold of them. There service is pathetic. Other courier companies are running smoothly why can't dawnwing be as efficient. I will also send a request for cotton on to make use of another courier company. Not only is dawnwing getting a bad review so will cotton on for using this service
