Terrible service and quality

Good Afternoon

I am extremely unhappy with Dawn Wing Kimberley and the service/quality of service I received.

On Monday 08/10/2018 Dawn Wing Kimberley collected a parcel from my residence, parcel included three items. A watch and two rings. Parcel was collected from myself and delivered to Cazabella Durban. I was not provided with any documentation upon collection and the items were not put in a sleeve in front of me, I was advised by the driver that he will put it in a sleeve later as he didn’t have one in his vehicle.

I was contacted this morning by Cazabella and advised that the watch was in pieces. Please find attached photos. Attached you will also find pictures of the watch before it was collected from Dawn Wing. Due to the state the watch was in Cazabella will not refund my on the watch that was faulty, NOT in pieces.

Who is now responsible for the damages? According to my knowledge procedure was not followed in this collection and delivery?

The watch is valued at R350.00 and I now have to replace it for my customer?
