Terrible service and lost parcel

Worst delivery service ever. They were suppose to deliver 2 parcels. The online tracker stated that my parcels were "dispatched for delivery"but after two days the order hasn't arrived. After complaining to the company, the driver phones us and stated that he left my R30k parcel with a stranger on the side of the road. After driving around for an hour we found the stranger and there was only one of the two parcels. Most unprofessional service I have ever encountered.
