Terrible Service

They were contracted to pick up a product, so having to return it was the most inconvenient service ever. The customer service department at their company is terrible. Over 30 minutes will pass before you are returned to number 60 on the line. These guys are useless for delivery or returns, so I don't understand why anyone would use them. There is no way to describe my disappointment.
