Terrible service!

DPD courier/Dawn wing is the worst courier I have ever delt with.I received a delivery confirmation message for Friday 5 June 2026 and the they said they failed to deliver without making any contact, I then proceed t0 email and ask when I will receive delivery and was told the 8th of June. I then proceed to ask if I can send them a pin location on the morning of 8 June wich I then did. The 8th came and went and still no deliverywas made, I emailed again and was the told delivery will be the the 9th of June, yet again no delivery. Now the 10 June on my online tracking it said delivery will be made today just for me to email and confirm again, and for them to now send me an email again saying delivery will be tomorrow wich will then be the 11th of June. I have never seen a courier company with such poor service and communication!!!!! Beyond dissapointed!
