Terrible Service

I ordered a package which was meant to be delivered 13.10.2020. I received an sms to say that I was the next stop on the drivers route. Some time passed and I realised that the driver didn't actually arrive. I checked my tracking and the driver was unable to deliver my package as our office was closed. This is not true, we have a safety gate which might have made it look closed however if the driver had gone to the door he would have been let in. Or better yet he could have contacted me and I would have come out to fetch my package. I called to complain and was advised that someone would call me back. Of course I am still waiting for this to happen. The driver then attempted to deliver the package again at 19:00, although I am not sure why an office would still be open at that time? I called this morning to find out what is happening with my package and was advised that all the drivers were out and my package was not dispatched. The best they can do is deliver it tomorrow. This is disgusting service. I am actually going to drive to Dawn Wing Kempton Park and fetch my package myself. What a great way to handle the query and then I am still advised that I am welcome to do that
