Terrible Service

Their delivery staff is impatient and rude. I had a package to be delivered to my house and what started as a 2-3 days for delivery turned out to be over 8days. Honestly how does a package sit in your wharehouse more than 4 days without getting attended to? Efficiency is not the company’s strong suit. My advice, if you need efficient and quality service use any other courier company just stay away from Dawn Wing to avoid disappointment.
