Terrible service

I would like to complain about responses received from Dawn Wing. I posted a parcel to vereeniging on 14 Dec and it still has not been received by my client. Its herbalife products that they are waiting for and everyday it shows that it left dawn wing and came back and so forth. It has not actually reached the recipient. If we call we get no answer from them. It just rings and rings.
