Terrible service

Terrible service, got a email, out for delivery, phoned at 17:45 - the lady told me it will be out for delivery before 19:00 and confirmed my adres. Track the parcel online 18:30 and it said contact not available after I have received no calls what so ever! Phoned them, 30 min on the line from caller 9 down to caller 2 and they closed at 19:00 so still no answer, terrible service
