Terrible poor customer service -10

Dawn Wing Johanesburg is Terrible Terrible Terrible worst delivery ever, no sense of urgency, the telephones go for days without being answered. Customer Service agents do not make sure that things are updated on the system. Drivers are worse. They do not call you then they say you were not at the delivery address.
