Terrible everything, they should shut down because they can’t do anything right

What a disgusting company. I have emailed them over 10 times and they refuse to reply and their customer service phones aren’t working. I ordered a package from Cotton On but they made the mistake of trusting Dawn Wing. This company has little to none customer service and has lost my package. I received a sms from them on 3 May that the package has been collected by them, and I have yet to receive it. Today is 26 May.
