Terrible Delivery Service from Dawn Wing

I made arrangements with dawn wing consultant for delivery of my parcel for Friday (18/06) between 16h00 and 17h00 which was agreed but when i follow up closer to the time, the parcel did not even leave the warehouse. This parcel is my birthday present as its my birthday on Sunday (20/06) and there is no manager to assist, no one in customer care is picking up calls. I have called the consultants a couple of times but no assistance.
