Terrible delivery service and poor call centre service

I have been waiting for a package for 2 weeks and I am not getting any proper answers. I have been told it was sent back to the company I have bought from, then I was told that it's with DPD/DAWN WING and would be delivered today, it has not been delivered as yet and my calls to their call centre are not being answered, I have tried calling the branch and there is no one is answering their phones. Can I get a number to their manager to sort this out.
