Terrible customer service, phones are not answered.. or put down in your ear

Been waiting for a package for over a month now, my tracking information says that it has been dispatched and waiting for more details. Have tried calling them the whole day(more than 20 times) most of the times theres no answer.. but a few times the phone was picked up and put down in my ear.
