Terrible customer experience

If I could rate 0 star for their business, I would. I bought shoes from cotton on. My shoes never arrived. I had to call in multiple times and every time they would say it’s on its way. I even went to their port Elizabeth depot and all they said was they don’t want customers there. They did not even bother to hear what I was there for. I’m disgusted by their lack of customer care.

Fortunately cotton on refunded my money for shoes that were ****** by dawn wing employees.

From now on I don’t buy from stores that use dawn wing as their courier company because of how unreliable they are.
