Terrible courier with awful customer service

I paid for an overnight service last week. I was promised the parcel would be picked up on Monday it is now Wednesday and parcel has still not being picked up for delivery.

After contacting Dawn Wing they asked me to talk to Denise, Denise doesn't even work for Dawn Wing and is just a client!!!!

Dawn Wings is a terrible courier with awful customer service!
