Terrible courier service experience

Really disgusting service and useless parcel in parcel out tracking system.

After promising delivery today before 16:00 i am still waiting and it is 19:04 pm even the online system shows delivery today NLYWADBH02229

Would not recommend this company as their execution is over promising and under delivering. Really not Ecommerce friendly as they portray to be.
