Terrible Courier

So yesterday I get a SMS from Dawn Wing saying my parcel will be delivered later that day, but they provide a link to re-schedule and change the delivery address if required in the SMS. I then used the link to change the address to my work and the day to today. The courier still came to my house yesterday afternoon, and they never bothered to call? I then literally spent 45 minutes and 4 calls to Dawn Wings pathetic call center, they don't have centralized system and they kept "trying" to pass me the Randburg depot, half the time the call dropped the rest of the time they just sent the cal back to the call center's original menu (choose 1-4) and I had to explain what I needed all over again?! I eventually got hold of the Randburg depot and explained what I needed, the lady explained it would be done; but this morning I get a SMS again from Dawn Wing saying delivery will be to my house and not my work as requested??? I called again and once again the call transfer to the Randburg depot did not work; I asked for the direct number ********** - and that rings once and then gives an engaged tone??? Awesome Dawn Wing, you guys truly are poor compared to some of the other excellent couriers out there!
