Terrible

3 weeks, 30 phone calls, 6 hours on hold and still no sign of my package shipped from KZN to Cape Town. Just admit you lost it so I can start an insurance claim. Each time i finally get through, your operator has told me it was delivered “yesterday” or “will be delivered tomorrow” but cannot provide any proof of delivery nor tell me where it is at the moment. I am not even allowed to come to the depot to collect it. Stop compounding your mistakes with lies.
